Final Sale on Liquidation Inventory

Due to the nature of wholesale liquidation inventory (customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, and unmanifested lots), all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.

Inspection at Pickup

Buyers are encouraged to inspect pallets and truckloads at the time of warehouse pickup. Once inventory leaves our facility or is released to a freight carrier, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

Freight Damage

For orders shipped via freight, any damage claims related to transport should be directed to the carrier in accordance with their claims process. We are happy to provide supporting documentation where needed.
